APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this project is to preserve the existing infrastructure within Tortilla Campground. The
contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals required to complete the
repairs outlined in the contract documents. These repairs include, but are not limited to, crack sealing,
patching, micro-surfacing, pavement marking, and a full system hydro-jetting of accessible sewer
mainlines and branch lines. Extended pavement preservation is included as an optional bid item. This
project is funded through the Great American Outdoors Act, with the goal of enhancing and extending
the lifespan of recreational facilities to better serve visitors to the Tonto National Forest.
