The City is initiating this RFP in order to obtain proposals from qualified vendors to provide financial services to LAHD. The prospective contractor must be qualified to provide financial services including providing assistance with ongoing project feasibility, underwriting, training assistance to LAHD staff, and assisting the department in negotiations with selected developers.
