The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for the overhaul and maintenance service of the Hegenscheidt 104 S Underfloor Wheel Lathe (referred to as the “Wheel Lathe”).

Intended term of Contract will be 1 year. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 4 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.
It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
The bidder agrees to submit bids only through this SAP Ariba platform and not to submit bids via any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
