• Invitation to Bid
Full-service maintenance and repair of the elevating devices in the Edmonton Legislature Building.
-The Contractor must provide third party safety examinations and safety examination reports at the frequency and satisfaction of the Alberta Elevating Devices and Amusement Rides Safety Association at no extra charge.
-At no extra charge, the Contractor must provide Services immediately and at all times for trapped passengers.
-Contractor must provide hoist way access for fire alarm inspection and maintenance service as required as the Province’s cost per the applicable hourly rates.
-Contractor must at all times provide the Province with unfettered access to the work site.
-Contractor must meet the following requirements as it relate to industry
experience:
.1 At least ten (10) years of industry experience in the maintenance of traction
elevators.
.2 At least ten (10) years of industry experience in the maintenance of hydraulic
elevators.
