(a) a New Patient Tower connected to the main building adding 200 new patient beds and containing a new surgical suite containing six new operating rooms, a new cardiac catheterization suite (cath lab), an endoscopy unit, an in-patient renal dialysis unit, expanded medical device reprocessing department (MDRD) and multiple other departments; (b) a new Power Plant adjacent to and connected to the existing laundry facility in the northwest corner of the RDRHC site.
