MUNICIPAL BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT

Project Description: Bids will be received online by Lower Nazareth Township via PennBid until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, September 17, 2026, for the:
“MUNICIPAL BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT” FOR LOWER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA
The project consists of the complete removal of existing heating and air conditioning equipment, and replacement with new heating and air conditioning equipment, including all labor, equipment, materials, and all other associated work listed herein and as indicated in the contract specifications and on the contract plans.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the Lower Nazareth Township Building, 623 Municipal Drive, Nazareth, PA.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. Said bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Lower Nazareth Township reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any bidding informalities.
