Description:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to complete installation work for A/C units in NAVSUP offices at the building 926, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings attached to this solicitation.

Contractor Requirements:

For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall:

• Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer;


• Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and


• Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan.

Pre-Quote Meeting / Site Visit:

Date and Time: 5 February 2025, 09:00 JST

Location: NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan

All interested parties who wish to attend the pre-quote meeting/site visit shall fill out and submit Attachment (3) Site Visit Log via email to the POC below no later than 4 February 2025, 10:00 JST.

Due to limited escorting capabilities, a maximum of two (2) company representatives will be allowed. Only one vehicle per company is authorized. All attendees must possess photo identification (i.e. passport or driver’s license) on the day of the pre-quote meeting/site visit.
