Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source Modification to Contract N00019-22-C-0031. This modification will contain Firm Fixed Price items to The Raytheon Company, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona for the Full Rate Production 18-19 Tomahawk Block V Production Acceptance Test (PAT). Raytheon is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System. The requirement is for PAT execution support and test hardware removal from Functional Ground Test (FGT). The Period of Performance (PoP) anticipated for this effort will be 6 months. The Raytheon point of contact for subcontracting opportunities is Andrew Volpendesta (email: andrew.p.volpendesta@rtx.com).



Raytheon is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. Raytheon solely possesses the current configuration and manufacturing data for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile required to complete these efforts. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The data associated with the Tomahawk Missile is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
