CITY OF WOODSTOCK CRACK SEALING 2025

Work Description: This work shall consist of crack sealing on various City of Woodstock roads and parking lots. A list of streets will be provided after the contract is awarded.

Receipt of Bids: Sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodstock for the project entitled "City of Woodstock Crack Sealing 2025" until 10:00AM on June 26, 2025, at City Hall, 121 W. Calhoun Street, Woodstock, IL 60098. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately afterwards in the Council Chambers.

Proposal Guarantee: Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond for not less than 5% of the amount bid, or as provided in the Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, Check Sheet LRS7.

Contract Bond: A contract bond shall not be required for this project by the City of Woodstock.

Location of Crack Sealing: Various roads throughout the City of Woodstock. A list of roads and their respective limits will be provided after contract award. The City of Woodstock may add or subtract from the location list as directed by the engineer during the life of this contract.
