The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri requests proposals for revenue management and tax audit services to ensure comprehensive compliance and efficient tax administration to optimize the remittance of all local fees and taxes including but not limited to use, sales, franchise, hotel/motel, short-term rentals and utilities. Proposals should include information related to the use of analysis tools and technology to find and correct revenue errors which may include but are not limited to database mining, GIS analysis and data correlation errors and patterns. Proposals should also include information related to the thorough review of ordinances, contracts and franchise agreements to ensure revenue remittance compliance.

Proposals are due to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Revenue Management and Tax Audit Services”.
