The following specifications are for a complete dVT34C Distracted Driving Desktop Simulator with Distracted Driving Experience Software. The items must be new. Successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the requested items to 255 Elm Street, Oil City, PA 16301 no later than 30 days after receiving a fully executed Purchase Order (PO). PENNDOT Reserves the right to inspect the items requested to ensure they meet the specifications below prior to releasing final payment. Successful bidder shall be the fabricator of the simulator and accessories or shall be an authorized dealer of the fabricator’s merchandise. Specifications below are requirements; no substitutions are permitted. | ||||||
