City of Calgary
The City is seeking proponents who can supply, deliver, implement, train, and support commercial off-the-shelf accessible contract and document management software solutions as outlined in the following schedules:
(a) Schedule A – Accessible contract management software solution
(b) Schedule B – Accessible document management software solution
CPS will consider proposals for either a single software solution that offers both functionalities and/or two different solutions that can be integrated. The proposed solutions must be designed to accommodate people with disabilities, such as visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments, and must be accessible using assistive devices. The project will be completed in two phases:
Phase 1 – Proof of Concept (PoC) and Implementation of the proposed solution
• CPS requires a supplier who can begin the PoC in 2025, with implementation to follow.
Phase 2 – Ongoing Maintenance and Support of the solution
• This phase will commence upon successful implementation and will be required for up to eleven (11) years to maintain the implemented solution.
