APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is for the purchase of software (SW) and licensing renewal in support of the main Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) contract. Support includes an Analytic Collaboration Tool, and WCOPFOR Intelligence Analysis and REDCOP Tool. Support for this SW is vital in that this sustains MCTP IT architecture used to support MCTP mission.
The evaluations of proposals and quotes for the separate MCTP efforts will occur separately. Contractors may submit proposals in response to the training contract RFP without submitting quotes in response to the software RFQ and vice versa.
The Software Licensing contract will use NAICS 513210 – Software Publishers and PSC DA10 (IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service).

Has your solution been used successfully on the DOD network in a way that demonstrates compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other measures of compatibility and integration? Can you quote on a firm-fixed price basis including the maintenance portion?
