GOVs, as parking must be in a structure and covered, and standard full size 9ft by 18ft parking spaces. Location must be 2 walkable blocks from 280 South First St. The parking garage must be able to accommodate large SUV's and Standard Pickup Truck Models.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the [0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“500-Year”] floodplain).
