DTS-12 Turbidity Sensor Cables and Endcaps

The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase ten Quick Connect cables and twenty endcap assemblies for the State’s DTS-12 turbidity sensors.

FTS is the only company that makes these particular sensors. The cables that we are purchasing attach to these sensors to make them work. The endcaps will replace the current endcaps that are on the DTS-12 sensors. AEM (through its wholly owned subsidiary, FTS, Inc.) is the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of FTS-branded hydrological and meteorological monitoring equipment. FTS does not authorize any resellers, distributors, or third-party dealers for these products. All equipment, parts, and services— including installation, calibration, and maintenance—are provided directly by AEM/FTS to ensure compliance with proprietary specifications and warranty requirements. This has been determined to be a single source, and no substitutions will be accepted.
