Love Court Storm Water Pipe Improvement

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (this “IFB”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed bids for the Goods/Services specified in the Scope of Work .

The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking qualified construction services to address an existing 135 LF of 24-inch corrugated metal (CMP) storm drainage pipe that has reached the end of its life. The contractor shall install a permanent liner inside the western 76 LF of the pipe and remove and replace the eastern 59 LF of pipe with 24” HDPE storm pipe. This storm pipe is located on Love Court in the Courtside Villas neighborhood of Fountain Hills. The project includes site access preparation, pipe-lining installation, slope stabilization for previously disturbed area of work defined and shown as Exhibit A, (compaction and hydro seed) and full site restoration.
