Sealed proposals for the following project will be received at the office of Plant Services, 403 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202, or can be submitted digitally via the Bonfire link provided below. On May 02, 2025 at 1:30 PM proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for a multi prime contract (GENERAL CONSTRUCTION & ELECTRICAL) for the following projects:

Register through the above link and then search for the following Project: LIGHTING AND PUBLIC ADDRESS REPLACEMENT AT SCHOOLS 27, 95, 301

Documents are available to be purchased through Avalon Document Services on-line Plan room website at www.avalonbuff-planroom.com, under “Public Jobs” or ordered by phone at 716995-7777. All printing is at the contractor’s own expense. Owner can assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or other misinformation obtained via other bid document distribution resources.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at each facility on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., starting location BPS #95, Waterfront Elementary School, 95 Fourth Street, Buffalo, NY 14202; please assemble at the main entrance. Directly followed by visits to BPS #27, Hillery

Park Elementary School, 73 Pawnee Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14210 and then BPS #301, Burgard High School, 400 Kensington Ave., Buffalo, NY 14214. The Architect will be present. Eligible bidders are required to attend this walkthrough or another previously arranged and documented site visit with Architect and/or District personnel. No transportation will be provided by the Buffalo City School district.
