The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 5,600 usable square feet of retail space located at Chesapeake, VA and within the radius shown below:




  • North: HWY 264

  • South: Kempsville Road

  • East: Centerville Road

  • West: HWY 464
