RP006-26 Planning & Development Land Disturbance Permits (Annual Contract)

The City of Lawrenceville¿s Planning and Development Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Consultants to provide On Demand Plan Review Services for
Land Disturbance Permitting. This will be an annual contract with up to four (4) renewal options supporting the Planning and Development Department.

Proposals must be returned in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the Request for Proposal number and Company Name. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on
Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the Lawrenceville City Hall ¿ Finance Office Front Desk - 70 S. Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any proposal received after this date and time
will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the names of submitting firms will be read. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. Please submit
one (1) unbound original, three (3) bound copies, and one (1) PDF electronic copy, excluding the FEE SCHEDULE/ COST PROPOSAL. The FEE SCHEDULE/ COST PROPOSAL should be in a
separate sealed envelope/container.
