Sealed Bids for the construction of the Copse Road & Warpas Road – Pavement Rehabilitation Project will be received at the Office of the First Selectwoman located at the Town Offices Building, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in Meeting Room A.

The Work to be performed for the Project includes pavement reclamation, vertical geometry improvements, roadway widening, storm drainage improvements, new curbing, new sidewalks, and tree removal. The foregoing is a general description only, and shall not be construed as a complete description of the Work to be performed for the Project.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as indicated in the Bid Form.

Interested persons may examine the Bidding Documents at the Office of the Town Engineer located at the Town Offices Building, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. local time Monday thru Thursday and 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. local time on Fridays.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all prospective Bidders will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Prospective Bidders shall meet at the intersection of Copse Road and Green Hill Road. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required in order to submit a Bid.
