Band Instruments for South Hills MIddle School

Project Description: Purpose: This solicitation is for the outright purchase of new band instruments, components, and accessories as listed. Rental options will not be accepted.
Product Condition Requirements: All instruments, components, and accessories must be new, unused, and current production models. Used, refurbished, open-box, discontinued, gray-market, factory seconds, or B-stock items will not be accepted. All items must be complete, fully functional upon delivery, and free from material degradation due to age or storage conditions.
Instruments, components, and accessories received damaged, defective, or not matching the awarded brand and model, may be rejected and must be replaced by the vendor at no additional cost to JSD.
Packaging Requirements: All instruments, components, and accessories must be shipped in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
Required Brands: The specified brand and model for each instrument, component, and accessory listed per line item are required for standardization purposes. No substitutions or equivalents will be allowed.
Authorized Dealer Requirement: Vendor must be an authorized dealer of the manufacturer for the band instruments offered.
Vendor Eligibility: Vendors who deal exclusively in, or source products solely through, closeout, surplus, liquidation, overstock, discontinued, or end-of-line inventory are not eligible to bid. This includes, but is not limited to, jobbers, surplus dealers, clearance resellers, clearance houses, non-stocking resellers, and opportunistic bulk buyers.
Pricing and Shipping: Unit prices must include all instruments, components, and accessories listed in the item description and must be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. No additional shipping, handling, or freight charges will be accepted.
Award Method: Award(s) may be made by line item, by group of items, or to the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder, whichever is in the best interest of Jordan School District.
Warranty: All instruments, components, and accessories must include the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty documentation must be provided upon request.
Discounts: Payment terms offering additional discounts will not be considered as part of bid pricing.
Terms and Conditions: All Terms and Conditions of this solicitation are non-negotiable.
Questions: All questions must be submitted through the Bonfire U3P platform during the designated Q&A period. Questions submitted through any other channel will not be answered.
