Asbestos Abatement & Demolition at N. Davis Drive

The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor and machinery to complete asbestos abatement and demolition services at the locations listed below. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding asbestos abatement and/or demolition.  Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price.  Bidders are responsible for reviewing the attached Asbestos Survey Reports in their entirety.

Demolition locations:

This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funding and is therefore subject to federal requirements. The awarded Contractor must comply with HUD-4010 Federal Labor Standards Provisions including, but not limited to, all requirements under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.  In addition, this project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).  By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable federal requirements.

The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to issue Purchase Orders or Notices to Proceed for any individual location or combination of locations based upon the availability of funds, and no guarantee is made that all locations will be awarded or authorized to proceed concurrently.

A mandatory onsite Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM (ET) at 164 N. Davis Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093.  To remain eligible for bid award, a minimum of one representative from the prospective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting.

Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, April 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM (ET).

All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM (ET).

The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
