UPDATE 22 JULY 2025:
This notice updates bullet 2 from the 21 July 2025 update to clarify as follows.
Revised Instruction:
Notify industry that the forthcoming Government documentation (referenced in bullet 1 on the 21 JULY 2025 update below) will be distributed exclusively via DoD SAFE. To receive this documentation, companies MUST:
-
Submit an email request to the Government when instructed via SAM.gov (details will be provided).
-
Maintain an active SAM.gov registration.
-
Have no active "exclusions" recorded in SAM.gov.
UPDATE 21 JULY 2025:
This notice update is to provide the following:
-
Notify industry that the White Paper submission date is changed from 22 August 2025 to 22 September 2025, while also pending to provide the additional documentation and updates to SOO, if applicable, based on industry questions and the Government asnwers.

Nofity industry that the upcoming documentation (mentioned in bullet 1 above) will be provided via DoD Safe transmission only to companies that make an email request to the Government when instructed, and currently have an active SAM.gov registration and hold no "exclusions".

Notify industry that the Government is still working on providing answers to industry questions and will be publicize via SAM.gov once finalize.

Provide an updated, "GeoSES_IndustryDays_Company_Attendees" as version 2, which includes an inadvertently omitted company.

Notify industry that once the additional documents are provided, an update to milestones will follow. Please disregard milestones dates provided below and/or within the "GeoSES_SourcesSoughtNotice_Rev_2025.06.17" attachment.
UPDATE 18 JUNE 2025:
This sources sought update is to provide the following:

An updated notice document. See attached document titled, "GeoSES_SourcesSoughtNotice_Rev_2025.06.17."

Provide industry with the updated set of Government Questions to Industry mentioned during the Industry Day Events held in May 6th and June 10th. See attached document titled, "GeoSES_GovtQuestions_to_Industry_Final_2025.06.17." Provide answers to these questions by June 25th via email to Lileana.Moran@us.af.mil and David.Dike.2@us.af.mil. Please ensure accuracy of email addresses when submitting your answers. NOTE: if a company has already submitted its answers, there is no need to respond again or update your answers.

Remind Industry that questions concerning this notice and its pertinent technical documents are due on June 17, 2025. The Government intents to answer industry questions by July 11, 2025. When additional documents are publicized via this notice, another opportunity will be provided for industry to submit additional questions.
