Disposition and Development of Former Risdon Manufacturing Site, 2100 S.Main St

This RFP seeks proposals for the Site’s development, particularly but not limited to those seeking to create an alternative energy/clean energy, and battery storage park or some combination thereof that will result in increased municipal tax revenues (the “Project”). To that end, The City is seeking a financially viable and experienced developer or existing business entity to purchase and/or lease the property and develop the Site as described above in a timely manner compliant with zoning regulations and all other City, State, and Federal requirements, including use restrictions, financial and administrative requirements.
