Livermore and Jones Generator Project

PRE-BID MEETING (NON-MANDATORY) An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at: UNC Pembroke Pinchbeck Facilities Building Large Conference Room 141 128A Facilities Drive Pembroke, NC 28372 A site tour will follow. The meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. This project consists of the installation of a new natural gas generator, transfer switch, and associated feeders and control wiring at the Livermore Library and the Jones Recreation Center. New natural gas piping will be installed to supply the generators. Sealed proposals, including SCO ID# 25-29712-01A and project information marked on the outside of the bid envelope, will be received by the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, NC, in the office of Mrs. Amanda Spayd, Business Officer, Pinchbeck Facilities Building, 128A Facilities Drive, Room 104, Pembroke, North Carolina up to 2:00 pm on July 9, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in Pinchbeck Facilities Building, Conference Room 141 for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Livermore and Jones Generator Project.
