NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY AND HIRE AUCTIONEER

In accordance with Ind. Code §§36-1-11-4 and 5-3-1, the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) of the Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation (the “School”) hereby provides NOTICE that it intends to dispose of approximately 16.14 acres of real property located at 0 E 136th Street, Fishers, Indiana 46037, Parcel Identification No.: 13-12-30-00-00-002.101 (the “Property”). The Board hereby further provides NOTICE of its determination on September 23, 2026, to hire Metzger Property Services, LLC, as the School’s auctioneer to dispose of the Property (the “Auctioneer”). The Auctioneer will dispose of the Property by electronic sale. The School will accept bids for the Property through the Auctioneer’s electronic sale, which will begin on September 24, 2026, and continue until October 21, 2026, at 6:00pm (local time). Prospective purchasers shall: (i) accept the Property in “As-Is, Where-Is” condition; (ii) upon selection, be required to immediately wire ten percent (10%) of the purchase price in a non-refundable deposit to the School; (iii) be required to close on the Property within thirty (30) days of Board approval; and (iv) abide by any other conditions as defined by the Auctioneer. The Property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under IC 36-1-11-16. If the Property is sold to a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1(a)), the following information must be placed in the public record relating to the sale: (A) Each beneficiary of the trust. (B) Each settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
