Project Description: The Intent of this solicitation is to enter into a Five (5) year contract with to provide a towable debris pick-up machine, diesel-powered.
It is anticipated that this solicitation may result in award to a Single Provider.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
