Request for Proposals (RFPs) – For On-Call Consultant Services on an As Needed Basis for Development Services

The City of Anaheim's Public Works Department desires to contract with multiple qualified technical professional firms across a broad range of engineering and development related disciplines to establish a comprehensive team of Consultants to support the Development Services Division.

Requested services may include, but are not limited to: civil engineering and plan check; grading, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics review; water quality and erosion control; geotechnical and geology review; sewer design and capacity analysis; structural review; mapping, surveying, and real property support; landscape, irrigation, and hardscape review; public improvement and utility plan review; development and entitlement support; administrative services; and related field inspections and verifications.

Consultants may be required to provide multidisciplinary services for private development projects and other projects requiring Development Services review. Firms may utilize qualified subconsultants as necessary to provide the required expertise. Individual assignments will be issued based on the specific needs of the City and the qualifications, experience, availability, and expertise of the selected Consultant.
