REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Aspen Acres Fire Debris Monitoring and Program Support Services
Request for Proposal No. 26-20
Pueblo County, 215 W. 10th Street, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to
provide independent debris monitoring, documentation, compliance verification, invoice reconciliation, and
program support services for the Aspen Acres Fire Private Property Debris Removal Program.
Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. MT, August 14, 2026, our Clock.
This is an emergency and time-sensitive disaster recovery procurement. Any contract award and
assignment of work are expressly conditioned upon Pueblo County receiving the necessary federal,
state, and local approvals and funding, including FEMA approval for Private Property Debris Removal
under the Public Assistance Program.
Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope or container clearly marked:
"RFP 26-20 - Aspen Acres Fire Debris Monitoring Services"
and addressed to:

215 W. 10th Street, Room 14
Pueblo, Colorado 81003
To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained from the Pueblo County Purchasing
Department via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain proposal document(s) directly
from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing Department, must first call (719) 583-6095 to schedule an
appointment to do so.
Pueblo County may award the contract to a company based on the evaluation criteria contained in the request for
proposal.
