Project Description: Landscape care and maintenance services at Manele Small Boat Harbor, located at 1A Manele Road, Lanai City, Hawaii.

Vendor will bid for the total cost of 12 monthly maintenance sessions, as needed weekly (Monday through Friday). To include costs associated with the landscape care and maintenance. The vendor will be required to dispose of all green waste at an authorized green waste disposal site on Lana’i.

Services to include but not limited to: Lawn maintenance, edge trimming, hedge trimming, removal of Kiawe or other young tree saplings, removal of debris and trash on Manele Small Boat Harbor grounds, landscape care and maintenance in the harbor; park areas, along roadway, vehicle parking, vessel dry storage and vessel trailer parking areas, weeding and planting of ground cover in areas resulting from damage from weather or sea conditions to prevent erosion. Pressure washing trailer ramp and pedestrian walkways and roadways to mitigate hazards.

Contractor will provide all necessary, safety gear, equipment, vehicles, fuel and supplies related to the maintenance to be performed.
