Document Destruction and Related Services (Annual Contract)

Project Description: The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide on-demand, on-site document shredding services in support of its records management and compliance initiatives. Services must ensure the secure destruction of confidential materials in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Vendors should demonstrate experience in handling sensitive information, offer flexible scheduling, and provide documentation of destruction for audit and compliance purposes. This solicitation is intended to identify companies that have experience servicing other governmental agencies and can support the district’s commitment to data security, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
