Invitation to Bid for Waverly South and 26th Avenue Improvements Project

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for sanitary pipe bursting, stormwater pipe installation, concrete flatwork and ADA ramps, and water system installation. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work.
City utilizes Euna Procurement Bonfire for its electronic procurement system. Register or sign in to access the solicitation documents, be added to the distribution list for this solicitation’s automatic notices, and to submit a bid electronically.

An optional attendance pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, for the purpose of selecting a bidder who evidences the lowest cost. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Upon closing, submitted bids will be opened and read publicly.
