In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Melcher EHS Life Sciences (the “Project”), located at 3871 Holman St. in Houston, TX 77204 .

All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to build the office spaces in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by THIEL DESIGN GROUP LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

Two non-mandatory meetings are scheduled for this project.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT at Melcher Life Sciences (MEL 533) Building: 3871 Holman St. Houston, TX 77204. Meet inside the main entrance lobby.

A second non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.  Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting:
