Description
The Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (the “AVRCE”) is seeking contracted school bus transportation services for students and staff located in the Central Region of the Annapolis Valley. The Central Region boundaries are roughly equivalent to the geographical boundaries of Central and Eastern Kings County, Nova Scotia.
This RFP is an invitation for Proposals to perform the Services for a five (5) year initial term commencing on August 1, 2025, and ending July 31, 2030, which may be extended for a maximum of two additional renewal periods of twenty-four (24) months.
A non-mandatory proponents briefing is scheduled for November 27th, 2024, 1:00 pm Atlantic Time, 2nd floor, Room 244 Education Room, 121 Orchard Street, Berwick NS, B0P 1E0 at AVRCE Regional Office. A virtual meeting option is detailed in RFP Package.
