2026 Storm Sewer Installation

Project Description: BASE BID – NOTTINGHAM DRIVE AND KINGSDALE ROAD
This project involves the installation of approximately 410 lineal feet of 15” SLCPP Storm Sewer pipe; plugging, grouting, and abandonment of existing 15” storm sewer; removal and replacement of approximately 385 lineal feet of 36” CMP Storm Sewer Pipe with 36” SLCPP Storm Sewer Pipe; installation of PennDOT Type M Catch Basins; connections to existing infrastructure; mobilization, demobilization, bonding, site preparation, site protection, site restoration; concrete and asphalt restoration; traffic control, utility notification and coordination, resident notification and coordination; tree removals; NASSCO Post CCTV; and all other materials, labor, and appurtenances required to perform the Work, complete in place.
ADD ALTERNATE BID – KINGSDALE ROAD
This project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 130 lineal feet of 36” CMP Storm Sewer Pipe with 36” SLCPP Storm Sewer Pipe; installation of precast concrete endwall; connections to existing infrastructure; mobilization, demobilization, bonding, site preparation, site protection, site restoration; traffic control, utility notification and coordination, resident notification and coordination; tree removals; NASSCO Post CCTV; and all other materials, labor, and appurtenances required to perform the Work, complete in place.
