Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the competitive contracting provisions under the Local Public Contracts Law [N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(b(2))] sealed proposals will be received by Marlboro Township for the PROVISION OF VARIOUS RECREATIONAL YOUTH SPORT PROGAM SERVICES FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION opened in public at 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746 on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 4:00 pm prevailing time.

The Township of Marlboro reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received by the Township at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
