This is the pre-solicitation notice for the Painting, Paving & Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation that will be posted on or around 30 Sep 2025.
The scope of the requirement is to perform work that includes, but is not limited to, construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance services for painting, paving, and roofing at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain and other installations on the Iberian Peninsula.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
The Navy intends to solicit and award a single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with firm-fixed-price task orders, with a base ordering period of 60 months. The total amount of orders than can be placed under this IDIQ shall not exceed $15 Million. The minimum guarantee is $2,500. Task order may range from $2,500 to $1,000,000. The Geographic scope is the Iberian Peninsula including Naval Station Rota, Spain; Moron Air Base, Spain; and National Support Elements in Madrid and Valencia, Spain; and Lisbon, Portugal. The anticipated award date is 1 April 2026.
This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 2020 for a maximum value of $15 Million. Information about the current contract and a listing of task orders with values will be included in the solicitation package.
