Franklin Township Municipal Building Addition & Renovation Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals for the Franklin Township Municipal Building Addition & Renovation Project will be received online via the PennBid Program for Franklin Township of York County, PA until 2:00 PM on September 22, 2026. The bids will be opened via PennBid at 2:15 PM and shared publicly for the following projects:
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING ADDITION & RENOVATION PROJECT
Contract 1 – General Construction
Contract 2 – Mechanical Construction
Contract 3 – Electrical Construction
Contract 4 – Plumbing Construction
The bid awards shall be voted on at a special meeting of the Franklin Township Board of Supervisors at the Township Offices at 150 Century Lane, Dillsburg, PA 17019, at 6:00 PM on September 22, 2026.
A Non-Mandatory pre-bid site visit and review of the proposed work with a Township representative will be held at 10:00 to 11:00 AM on August 26, 2026 at the Township Offices. No additional times for access to the site can be guaranteed.
Requests for Information shall be made within the PennBid System so that they are received no later than September 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages and Public Works Employment Verification Act and Commonwealth Financing Authority conditions of the Contract.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township through PennBid. No faxed, hand delivered or mailed bids will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township. The Successful Bidders will be required to furnish the additional bonds prescribed in the Bidding Documents. All bids will remain subject to acceptance by the Township Board of Supervisors up to 60 days, for evaluation and award.
Franklin Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
