Santa Fe Trails is requesting a sole source procurement for a software system that supports scheduling, dispatching, vehicle tracking, vehicle maintenance, passenger payment and self-service booking options. The TripMaster and Passio solutions complements this by offering a robust suite of transit operations tools, including fixed route management, on-demand/microtransit services, and demand response capabilities for safety, monitoring, and operational insight. The combination of these solutions under a single vendor provides a level of integration that cannot be replicated through multiple third-party systems without significant additional cost, risk, and complexity.

Santa Fe Trails currently uses this subscription software provided by TripMaster.TripMaster (Demand Response and Microtransit) and Passio (Fixed Route) are uniquely positioned under the same company, Transit Technologies, to deliver a fully integrated platform that meets our operational and technical requirements.
