The Department of National Defence, Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment (AETE), requires specialized airborne cameras to provide digital and general-purpose imagery of aircraft flight test events that are required to support technical airworthiness clearances of equipment and stores on Royal Canadian Airforce (RCAF) aircraft.

Detailed requirements are specified in Annex A.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
