RFP #26-021 - NRH2O Slide Tower Replacement

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking competitive proposals from qualified General Contractors to execute the Slide Tower Renovation Project at NRH2O Family Water Park. The scope encompasses selective demolition of the existing wooden slide tower, stairs, and foundations, followed by site preparation, excavation, and structural concrete foundation installation. The contractor will supply and erect hot-dip galvanized structural steel framing, FRP stairs and decking, and guardrails, as well as integrate and reattach the Owner's existing water flumes and piping. All field work, including certified welding, thermal spray zinc metallizing, lightning protection, and site restoration, must comply strictly with project specifications.
