Project Description: The City of Olathe, Environmental Services Division is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide digester cleaning, wastewater lagoon dredging and emergency biosolids hauling and disposal services. Biosolids disposal must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 40 CFR Part 503, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. A 3-year contract will be awarded.
