UBC Properties Trust is pleased to issue a Request for Proposal for Pre-Construction and Construction Management services regarding the Lower Mall Precinct Phase 1 project.

UBC is re-envisioning the western edge of the Point Grey campus to create a resilient and adaptive student residence community. The first of these projects will create a graduate student-focused community with approximately 1500 beds in a range of unit types along with the services, support, and amenities to help residents and their community flourish.

The total Construction Budget for this project is approximately $330,000,000.
