Description
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing
”)
is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Non-Hazardous Solid Waste, Mixed Recycling, Cardboard, and Organics Collection and Disposal Services as further described in Appendix E – Scope of Work for various BC Housing locations on Vancouver Island, BC.
Service Areas Vancouver Island locations have been separated into two (2) Service Areas.
Proponents are asked to identify which Service Area(s) they are willing and able to perform work in by submitting Appendix F – Service Area and Work Package Selection Form with their proposal.
Proponents can submit for one or both Service Areas and must be able to service all Municipalities and buildings within the Service Area(s) they are submitting for. Work Packages The Services have been separated into four (4) Work Packages.
Proponents are asked to identify which Work Package(s) they are willing and able to provide all labour, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide the Services and complete all work as specified by submitting Appendix F – Service Area and Work Package Selection Form with their proposal.

Proponents should carefully review all RFP documents, including attachments, for the full scope of requirements.

- Service Area B – North Vancouver Island
