Description
The City of North Vancouver (“CNV”) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified proponents with experience in the planning, feasibility analysis, design, and cost-estimating of park-supporting land bridges, also known as highway lids or caps. CNV is seeking a consultant team who can work collaboratively with CNV staff in exploring the feasibility of such a facility and its associated infrastructure.
