Description
The Town of New Glasgow (Town) is seeking suppliers to supply and install new wastewater flowmeters to monitor combined sewer overflows (CSO) from the wastewater system into the East River.
The Town is developing a long term wastewater flow monitoring program at its CSO locations to monitor the amount of flow, length of time overflowing and frequency.
The Town must collect and store all flow monitoring data on a common database to be used for Federal reporting, historical reference, balancing flows throughout the year and ensuring continued improvement of the wastewater collection system.
