Description: The 37 TRSS Combat Weapons Flight (CWF) at Joinnt Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland, Texas, requires cleaning of uniforms, personal clothing, and protective gear worn by personnel during training operations at Combat Weapons Flight. These items are often heavily soiled and subject to lead contamination from combat weapons training. The contractor must be equipped to safely handle, segregate, and sanitize lead-contaminated items in addition to standard laundry and dry-cleaning service. A request for quote (RFQ) by potential offers is being posted and response is required as described below.
Response Due Date: Please respond to this request for quote (RFQ) by providing your quote (to include pricing information) through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) Solicitation platform and emailing a copy to Ms. Belinda Tindal at belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil and Mr. Peter Agwata at peter.agwata.1@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM CDT or sooner if possible. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. By submitting a quote, the Contractor concurs that the quote is for all services noted within this solicitation and shall provide the appropriate licensed/ certified individuals to fully implement the required services IAW the PWS.
Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns, if any, must be submitted in writing to the above noted email addresses no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026, 12:00 PM CDT.
Small Business Set-Aside Competition: Please note that this order is 100% small business set aside. Only quotes submitted by small business holding NAICS Code 812320; Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin Operated), will be accepted by the Government. All other quotes submitted by an offeror under a different NAICS will not be considered for award.
Mandatory Registration: To be eligible for award, registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) must be current (legacy for On-line Registration and Certifications Application(ORCA) and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) registrations). To register or update former CCR and Reps & Certs that are not current go to https://www.sam.gov/ and provide mandatory information.
