The MOISD Accepting Bids - Snow Plow Services

The Mecosta-Osceola School District is seeking bids for snowplowing services. If you are interested in
providing services to the MOISD, please provide a bid for the following school sites:
MOISD Agriscience Barn Approach- 504 S. Bronson
MOISD Board of Education - 15760 190th Avenue
MOISD Bus Garage - 600 S. Bronson
MOISD Career Center - 15840 190th Avenue
MOISD Downtown Transition Center- 220 S. Michigan Ave.
MOISD Early Childhood Hillcrest - 501 W. Bridge Street
MOISD Education Center-15760 190th Avenue
MOISD Resource Center - 15800 190th Avenue
Snowplow contractors are requested to indicate the type, model year, and blade size of equipment upon
submitting their bids. Each vendor is requested to submit two bids:
1. Hourly prices for both plowing and removal are requested.
* Include hauling/removal of snow from Downtown Transition Center
2. A "per time" price for plowing each location.
* Include hauling/removal of snow from Downtown Transition Center
There will be a mandatory walk-through on September 2, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. Please meet at the
MOISD Board of Education Office, 15760 190th Avenue, Big Rapids.
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as "Snow
Plow Bids" and must include a copy of current workers' compensation and liability insurance
certificates.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2 P.M. on September 9, 2026, and should be addressed to:
