The City of Calgary (“The City”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from the market regarding ballot marking machines, that would allow voters to mark a paper ballot independently, privately, and accurately, using a variety of accessible methods. Proponents are requested to provide details of the proposed solution with respect to the following:

The purpose of this RFI is to understand:

▪ Operational considerations for use during municipal elections
