PUBLIC NOTICE FOR GASOLINE / DIESEL FUEL

The Board of Education of Richland County CUSD No. 1, Counties of Richland, Wayne, Clay, Lawrence, and Jasper, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for furnishing diesel fuel and non-leaded gasoline for its school bus fleet and other district vehicles for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the District Office located at 1100 E. Laurel Street, Olney, Illinois.  Bids will be opened at that time and will be awarded at the December 18, 2025 meeting of the Richland County Community Unit School District No. 1 Board of Education.  All bidders must provide a fixed product margin on a per gallon basis.  This fixed margin or price differential over supplier cost must include the fuel supplier’s freight cost and be guaranteed for the entire year.
